CHALLENGE
  • Simpson Property Group came to Muse Media in search of someone to help manage several of their communities social media profiles. They needed help creating engaging content to attract new residents to move in to the property. They also need someone to manage their Facebook ads in order to increase page likes, and drive social traffic to their website.
SOLUTION
  • After researching their consumer demographics we developed a social content calendar with a mix of promotional content, events, and community activity. We also set up several Facebook ad campaigns to do testing on the types of ads that would drive the most traffic to their Facebook page and website.
RESULTS
  • At the SkyHouse Dallas property we increased Facebook page likes by 82% in just over a year. In addition, their average post engagement rate is above average at 40%. Their average click through rate (CTR) over a year was also above average at 2.58%.
